The Contribute module adds a 'Community information' section to Drupal's status report (/admin/reports/status) which encourages individuals and organizations to join the Drupal community, become members of the Drupal Association, and contribute to Drupal projects, events, and more.
Scheduler gives content editors the ability to schedule nodes to be published and unpublished at specified dates and times in the future.
Dates can be entered either as plain text or with calendar popups. To use calendar popups in Drupal 7 you need to install the Date Popup module, which is part of the Date module. In Drupal 8 this is built into Core.
Fieldgroup will, as the name implies, group fields together. All fieldable entities will have the possibility to add groups to wrap their fields together. Fieldgroup comes with default HTML wrappers like vertical tabs, horizontal tabs, accordions, fieldsets or div wrappers.
It's particulary useful for adding classes required by various jQuery plugins and CSS grid systems.
The Field Formatter Class settings are found in the Manage display tab for content types, users, and other entities. A text box is available for each field, revealed by using the formatter settings edit button (gear wheel icon) for that field.
Display Suite allows you to take full control over how your content is displayed using a drag and drop interface. Arrange your nodes, views, comments, user data etc. the way you want without having to work your way through dozens of template files. A predefined list of layouts is available for even more drag and drop fun!
By defining custom view modes, you can define how one piece of content should be displayed in different places such as teaser lists, search results, the full node, views etc.
Limit which text formats are available for each field instance. You will find a set of checkboxes for the field settings (not the widget settings on the form display tab) of text fields.
Note that base fields defined by the entity type (for example the description field of taxonomy terms) cannot have their allowed formats limited through the UI.
This module enables the CodeSnippet plugin from CKEditor.com in your WYSIWYG. It includes the highlightjs library and all available styles for it. If you've ever wanted to drop code examples in your Drupal content and have it highlighted in a pretty format, this is for you. This project is available for Drupal 7 as WYSIWYG CodeSnippet. Since that project relies on WYSIWYG module, and this one only requires D8 core, it made sense to rename it.
Require user authentication (login) on all pages, regardless of user role permission settings (This is a replacement to the enforce SSO option in Drupal 7 infrastructure).
- Enable module.
- Set desired permissions for administering require login settings.
- Configure settings: Admin > Config > System > Require Login
